CD's

"That Old Feeling", 2011, Mark Noethen, piano, Cass Preston, trumpet and vocals.

This debut CD is my favorite with just acoustic music, duet style jazz. Cass Preston is the first recipient of the Tucson Jazz Society's Lifetime Achievment Award. He is a true Tucson music icon. It has been my honor and luck to have been his pianist for the last 15 years. Recorded in the Rosano Studio, Tucson.

"World On a String", 2012, NoethenButJazz Quartet

Mark and Cass are joined by Gil Rodriquez on drums, and Marco Rosano, bass, for a fun recording done at the Pima College Television Studios that is airing specials about local Tucson bands titled "The Set List". It's Tucson's version of "Austin City Limits". Each band is highlighted in a half hour special and Cass was interviewed throughout the show. The full half hour show can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jm2zsTHuB8.  and we recorded the additional music for this CD.
